Welcome to Impeccably Imperfect, a thoughtful curation of my favourite Vinted finds.
In December we not only celebrate Christmas and New Years, but also both the girls birthdays. And of course, there are lots of the other festivities in the last month of the year.
I normally don’t buy a lot of new items for these days, but the oldest got so big and she grew out of everything. I bought her a dress for her birthday – please come on time dress, really the pains of Vinted is that things can actually come late – and I thought I could try to style it in this newsletter with help of my new colour combination books from Japan!
The dress is in a colour I suppose lots of girl parents have to deal with. Pale Purplish Vinaceous, according to my book. Colour code C0 M13 Y8 K0. To me formerly knows as pale, ballet pink. And it’s not my favourite colour. Not at all!

Good to know
- Items can be sold already, this newsletter is meant to inspire.
- I mention the actual size, which might not be the ‘wearing’ size. I love French brands and they usually size small. If you want to be sure, ask the seller!
- Vinted is all about making good deals! I mention the asking price, but you should make an offer. You can see how much interest there is for an item. Think smart!
- Always check what other items a buyer has. Maybe they have more in the size of your kid. Bundles are cheaper and more sustainable.
- Sometimes, I add a product that is new, because I want to support a sustainable/ small brand.
- For the most sustainable choice, try to buy from within your own country.

Above the colour, Pale Purplish Vinaceous, and below the dress. Seems pretty accurate doesn’t it? How to style this dress in a way that we will both enjoy it.

If you found a great item or if you are inspired and you’d like to support the time, love, and late-night laptop hours that go into this, there are a few things you can do.
You can share this subscription with friends who like to dress their kids impeccably imperfect and sustainably. Help me grow this community!
Or you can buy me a coffee. It’s a small gesture that helps a lot.
Thanks for being here and enjoy this weeks curation ♡
